- Is the company reputable?
The Renovators/Restoration Specialist is fully insured and bonded, and is a state-licensed contractor. Our company is financially sound, with an excellent credit rating. We carry all the necessary general liability, Insurance and Bailey coverage. Your belongings are fully covered by insurance from the time we take possession until the day they are returned to you.

- What services are available?
Complete facilities for contents cleaning, restoration and storage including an ozone
deodorization chamber for odor removal are maintained by The Renovators/Restoration Specialist at its warehouse. Depending on the job, we may perform our work onsite or transfer items
to our warehouse for special care.
We also have a complete design center staffed by professionals to assist you with all of your decorating needs (i.e. carpet vinyl, ceramic tile, wood wallpaper, paint and countertops).
Our employees are technicians, highly trained and experienced in the use of appropriate chemicals and equipment to clean, deodorize or refinish all contents. Special care will be given to all artwork, silver, fine china and fragile items.

- How can I afford these services?
No payment will be required for our services until the work has been completed and the
customer satisfied. Many times the insurance company will pay the contractor and restorer
directly after the job has been completed to the customer's satisfaction.
