STEP 1: Visual Inspection Surveying the degree and extent of damage - from mold and microbial growth (according to the CIH report) - results in a cost estimate and plan of action. Upon approval, The Renovators can begin work quickly to prevent additional damage to your home or office.
STEP 2: Containment Contaminated work areas are isolated from clean areas with plastic sheeting barriers to prevent contaminants from spreading.
STEP 3: Contents Cleaning Personal contaminated contents are removed from the remediation areas of the home or office and cleaned at the Renevators remediation facility.
STEP 4: Structure Cleaning Surfaces are cleaned and cleared and treated for contaminants using anti-microbial solutions. Heavy growth areas may require sanding, rebuilding and re-painting or removal.
STEP 5: Testing/Rebuild After the remediated area passes environmental testing, your home or office is turned over to the general contractor of your choice for building reconstruction.
STEP 6: Restoring Lives Your valuables can be returned to your home or office or safely stored in our facilities until the remediation and rebuild is complete.
