Your agency made a very good first impression on me when you had a full crew here, and ready to begin the restoration efforts before the fire department had even left. The five apartments that were damaged by fire, smoke, and water (lots of it) had only been completed five months prior to the incident.

After driving for 13 hours, returning from a month's vacation, we walked into our home and stepped in 2" inches of water.  Our water heater had leaked for about the entire month that we were gone.  The following morning after contacting our insurance agent, we called The Renovators to help us. 

The first crew was here in less than an hour and from that moment on they took complete care in restoring our home and contents, from new sheetrock, flooring, doors and painting.  While all of the work required approximately 2 months, we were made aware on a daily basis how things were moving along. 

We have not in our lifetime met a more dedicated group of people who cared about our situation as The Renovators did.
